MENGES ROLLER CO., INC. Wauconda, IL introduces the NEW line of Century Web Spreaders designed to remove wrinkles from a variety of substrates including paper, film, foil and textile fabrics. These new spreaders use specially selected rubber compounds coupled with value-added grooving configurations that provide continuous spreading of the web.

The MENGES Century Web Spreader removes wrinkles by using a transverse action created by special spiral undercut grooves, drawing the web out from the center of the roller toward the edges of the roller.

The MENGES Century Web Spreader Line includes pre-engineered web spreaders for a range of wrinkle removal applications. Special Web Spreader serrations coupled with proprietary rubber compounds for Ozone, High Release, High Temperature, Anti-Static and FDA applications are available.
